We can advise and guide you in any matter related to possession of your property or any other issues arising with local housing authorities, housing applications, tenants, landlords, ownership, succession, unlawful eviction, under occupation of council’s property, anti-social behavior related possession matters, housing repairs, homelessness and many more. We regularly represents clients in the courts, ensuring to protect their rights and provide them best legal assistance. Legal Aid is available subject to eligibility. Legal aid is also available in debt related matters including mortgage possession cases and bankruptcy matters where a receiver is being appointed to sell your property.
